PLANS d.o.o. holds a quality management system certificate to the standard ISO 9001:2015, issued by the certification body G-CERTI, certificate number GKSR-0354-QC. The scope of certification is surface protection and finishing of metals by powder coating.

What is measured on every job
- Coating thickness — with an instrument, at several points on the part
- Adhesion — how the film holds to the substrate
- Visual inspection — shade, gloss and evenness of the film
Durability
Chemical pre-treatment of the aluminium surface is tested at 1000 hours in a salt spray chamber.
