Who processes the data
The data controller is PLANS d.o.o., Miroslava Prodanovića Micka 16, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia.
The site is hosted on the Netlify platform. An enquiry sent through the form is forwarded by Netlify to our e-mail address plans@eunet.rs; the data is used for nothing else.
What data we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect only the data you enter yourself: your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and a description of the job, including any drawing or photograph attached.
Why we collect it
Solely in order to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We do not use the data to send advertising and we do not pass it to third parties, unless that is necessary to carry out the work or is a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
We keep the data from an enquiry for as long as is needed to agree and carry out the work, and at most for the periods laid down by law.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, and to withdraw your consent. A request can be sent to the contact address given on the Contact page.
Cookies
The site does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. The only third-party content is the Google map at the bottom of the page: it loads from Google's servers once you scroll down to it, and Google may set its own cookies at that point, as described in Google's privacy policy.
